SALES MANAGER - CANADA'S CAR MART

Qualifications:

  • Must have minimum 2 years Sales Manager experience in Automobile Sales or Business Office
  • Ability to coach, lead, motivate, and manage a team of 12 sales people
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Bilingualism (French/English) a definite asset

Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales BDC

 

Position Summary

 

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for building and retaining positive relationships with prospects and customers. The Sales coordinator will be managing a dealership database by performing inbound sales calls, managing Internet Leads, and courtesy calls etc. The Sales coordinator will be responsible for generating Sales Leads and discussing options with prospects.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Represent the Dealership in the most positive and professional manner with the customers they serve.
  2. Answer inbound sales calls; no show appointments, after sales follow ups and any calls send to the BDC by Sales Consultants and Managers.
  3. Outbound unsold follow up calls
  4. Book appointments for Sales Consultants/Managers.
  5. Monitor and handle all Internet leads.
  6. Reaching daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by Sales/BDC Manager.

 

 

Other Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Performs other functions as necessary.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

 

Knowledge:

 

ü High School education is required.

 

Skills:

 

ü Basic computer skills

ü Sales skills are necessary.

 

Abilities:

 

ü Ability to talk on the phone  for long hours

ü Ability to sit at computer for long hours

·         Mechanical repairs to both dealership and customer vehicles

·         Performing routine maintenance work on vehicles

Flexible to work evenings

The ideal applicant must have the following qualifications:

·         2nd or 3rd year apprentice

·         Strong work ethic

·         Able to work with minimal supervision

·         Honesty

·         Valid driver's license
